However, Leela Objects sells handcrafted products. Individual pieces may therefore contain minor variations in:

  • Finish
  • Dimensions
  • Decorative details

Such variations are inherent to handmade products and should not be considered defects where they do not materially affect the product's intended appearance or use.

Product photographs may also vary slightly from the actual product depending on lighting, photography conditions, and the device used to view the Website.

All products sold by Leela Objects are intended for decorative purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.

An order will be considered accepted when we confirm that the product has been approved for fulfilment and/or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where:

  • A product is unavailable;
  • There is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
  • The delivery address cannot be serviced;
  • The order violates applicable law; or
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation, unless a different timeframe is specified on the product page.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays;
  • Weather or natural events;
  • Public holidays;
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • Remote delivery locations;
  • Customs or regulatory procedures; or
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, tracking information will be provided where available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, telephone number, and other delivery information provided at checkout are accurate.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, we accept returns only where:

  • We have sent an incorrect product.

Customers must contact us at hello@leelaobjects.com within 2 days of delivery and provide the order number and appropriate photographs or other evidence of the issue.

Minor variations in handmade products, including variations in texture, shape, colour, or finish, are not considered defects.

Products that have been damaged after delivery through misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the return is due to an error on our part.
