Returns & Exchanges

As our objects are individually handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, we currently accept returns only in the event that an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the packaging
• Photographs of the damaged object

Our team will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

Please note:

Minor variations in shape, texture, surface and detailing are inherent to handmade objects and are not considered defects.
